Are your rides services insured?

All of our drivers are professionally trained to serve you and they have the proper license required by NSW Authorities to provide Passengers Services All of our Cars are Commercially Insured for injury protection In Case Of an Accident so that you can travel in ease.

How long in advance to I have to book the services?

At Granduer Chauffuers Services, we offer quality corporate and private transportation services in MELBOURNE at reasonable prices. We know that in today’s world, time is money. That’s why we promise to get you wherever you’re going on time, every time. Granduer Chauffuers Services has been providing top notch transportation services to the local area since 2020.

In general, pickups:

Every pickup includes a 15-minute complimentary waiting period. Any additional time spent waiting will be charged in 15-minute increments.

For the pick up 10 mins for a normal pick.

20mins for events.

30mins for domestic airport pick up.

60 mins for international airport pickup.

Passengers and Customers Responsibilities:

It is your obligation to ensure that you have selected the appropriate transfer service. You agree to pay any additional expenses incurred if the wrong service or vehicle type was selected.

Pickups at the airport:

If you require additional time at the airport, please let us know when making your reservation.

We will work on the actual landing time if no specific pickup instructions are provided:

Domestic airports: the Chauffeur will be waiting for you at the curbside 20 minutes after your arrival.

The Chauffeur will arrive at the Reception Hall 45 minutes after landing at an international airport. In most cases, the Chauffeur will also present a name board to greet you inside the Reception Hall.

Vehicles available for hire:

Every attempt will be taken to offer the exact make and model of car ordered, subject to availability. If a car breaks down or is involved in an accident, the next available vehicle will be provided.

What if my arriving flight has been delayed?

Fret not, All our drivers are trained to track your flight arrival timing so that we will catch you at the right moment.

What should I do if I missed my connecting flights?

Please Call our Customer Service Hotline @ +61452400842 and let us know your booking as soon as possible so that we are able to make alternative arrangements to service your booking

What are your cancellation policies?

We would appreciate a service amendment to future dates instead of canceling the booking, should there be a need to cancel, Refund Policies are as follows. Refunding of Booking Fees less administrative charges incurred for payments. -Above 24hrs 100% -24-12hrs before 50% -12-6hrs before 25% -Below 6hrs 0% All payments refunded will be in terms of credits for a future booking with Granduer Chauffuers Service.
